#1 Be Conscious Of Your Weight…

While some women don't care about their weight gain because they feel that it is not an important factor where pregnancy is concerned, you should if you suffer from pregnancy infertility. If your weight is in excess, it can lead to the overproduction of certain hormones which may disrupt your ovulation. If your ovulation becomes irregular or less frequent, it will lead to your becoming less fertile. The effect is the opposite if you are underweight because not enough hormones are produced to ensure regular ovulation.

To ensure that you maintain a healthy weight you should exercise daily by performing exercise routines like swimming, aerobics, walking and so on. Just ensure that you do not over do it because too much of these can also lead to infrequent ovulation. Additionally you should watch what you drink or inhale.

Most women are unaware of the fact that certain foods have been directly linked to longer menstrual cycles. A prolonged menstrual cycle leads to less frequent ovulation and susceptibility to early miscarriage. You should endeavor to include foods in your diet that are have high nutritional value including, but not limited to, the following; iron, zinc, vitamin c, high protein etc. Examples of these foods include; lean meat, milk, eggs, vegetables, grains and nuts, fruits and fibre etcetera.
