Stress-Free Healthy Hair

Do you know that your hair can be stress-experienced? It means your hair appear dry, brittle, and dull. Treat your crown with a more "humane” to prevent it. Here are following tips to make your hair looks more healthy and shining:


- Activities that you live through the day determine how often you should wash your hair. There is no standard about how many times per days you have to wash your hair. However, if you have more activities outside the room, it is recommended to wash your hair every day.


- Avoid scratching your scalp when washing your hair. 
Your scalp could be wounded. This habit also reduced a natural moisturizing on your scalp. Just do a soft massage on the scalp when washing your hair.


- Use conditioner every time you wash your hair with shampoo to cope with very dry hair. Make sure you have rinse the remaining shampoo in the hair after you using it.


- If the condition of your hair was damaged, let your hair dry naturally. Wrap the hair with a fairly thick-soft towels. Avoid rubbing the hair with a towel, because it will cause even more tangled hair.


- But, if you're being rushed and your hair is in damp condition, you can use hair dryer on medium temperature. Try using it in the safe range, about 3-4 cm from your hair.


- Point the hair dyer starting from the top to the bottom of your hair. This will make the hair cuticle closed. Thus your hair seem more straight hair and neat.


- Do not pull your hair strongly with a comb while wearing a hair dyer, because it causes brittle and falling hair.


- Use a comb with a cross-section round metal. This will make your hair dry faster. Adjust the size of comb with your hair type.
