Healthy Hair with The Right Shampoo

Using shampoo is not as simple as just wet your hair and then rinse. Here are some tips that you need to know in order to keep your hair healthy.


Choose The Right Shampoo
Hair health starts from the selection of shampoo. When you shopping, choose a shampoo that has a kind of soft (mild), so that the hair can be cleaned without damaging the natural hair moisturizer. Gentle shampoos usually have a low pH levels (less than 6.8). It is formulated for every day usage. If you have colored hair, choose a special shampoo for colored hair. This type of shampoo will make hair color does not quickly fade.



After choosing the right shampoo type, it's time to use it. Here's how to wash your hair with the right shampoo:
- Wet your hair to the scalp with warm water.


- Pour the shampoo into the palm of your hand and rubbed until frothy, then rub and spread on the head evenly.


- With fingers, gently massage the scalp.


- Move your fingers from the root to tip of your hair to clean and make it unwrinkled.


- Rinse your hair with warm water.



How often?
Frequency of use shampoo is determined by the type and texture of your hair. If you have straight hair, you can use shampoo up to five times a week. This hair type is stronger but it can oily faster.


If you have curly hair, you are advised to wash it every two or three days. Curly hair tends to be dry and easy to branching at the ends. Wet your hair every day with warm water and apply conditioner to maintain humidity of your hair. Meanwhile for you, who have very curly hair, use shampoo which containing moisturizer.
