Easy Recovery Hair Tips

Probably you've been in a situation where you have damaged, dried, broken, dull, and irregular hair. Using a hair dryer, curling iron, too often or too much exposed to chlorine and the sun while swimming are the few reasons of these. Just relax; here are some solutions (other than wearing a wig) that can save your appearance.

1. Cut your hair, at least three inches to save the very dry and broken hair. No need to worry, it will grow anyway.

2. Your hair is in a crisis situation, so it needs a lot of attention. Make a deep conditioning therapy at the salon twice a week and regularly use leave-in conditioner after shampooing. It seems it was excessive, isn’t it? But your hair needs to be saved.

3. Avoid hair products that contain alcohol, such as hairspray, gel, or mousse. Read the product packaging to find out.

4. Do not shampoo every day. Choose a shampoo for dry hair types and do the wash every two or three days. Also, use cold water to keep your hair moist.

5. Finally, watch your food intake. Drink enough water and eat nutritious foods.
